Pertaining to your inquiry, kindly follow the below steps to troubleshot your Shopee app or website :
For Shopee apps :
1) Clear your cache files using these steps:
iOS : Shopee app > Me > Settings > About > Clear Cache
Android : Shopee app > Me > Settings > Clear Cache
2) Update your Shopee App and update your Android System.
Android: Update Shopee App and go to Google Play> Android System > Update.
For Shopee website :
- Log Out and close the tab and reopen new tab and login to Shopee account.
- At the top right, Click on the 3 dots > History > History > Clear Browsing Data > Tick all > Clear Data
If using the website (Google Chrome) :
Log Out From Shopee > Close Google Chrome > Re-open Google Chrome > Press [ctrl]+[H] > Clear Browsing Data > Tick [Cookies and other site data] & [Cached images and files] > Set Time Range To All Time > Clear Data.
