My name is Hazera, I am the Dispute Agent that has reviewed the return/refund case for Order ID: 210502J9KPJ80U
I would like to firstly extend my apologies regarding the issue faced with this order. I completely understand that this is not a pleasant experience and it is not what we expect our valued users to go through.
Upon further checking, I am here to inform you that we have reviewed the compensation claim for the order again. Please note that Shopee will proceed to approve the buyer's refund request without needing to RETURN your product.
For seller's compensation, do not worry, we will also process your compensation accordingly. Kindly note that the compensation amount will be processed to your seller's Shopee Wallet within 5 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holiday).
