Pertaining to your query, please be informed that upon checking in our system that the item has been successfully delivered to the buyer within the Estimated Delivery Time(25-12-2020). We understand that you had approved the refund request from buyer to avoid having a bad review on 24-12-2020. However, we regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed with the parcel compensation to your end as it is within the timeframe of the delivery date.
We advise you to kindly reach out to the buyer for the refund amount to be reversed back to you.
