reement) Extension feature. This feature allows your Buyers to extend the c=
ancellation deadline, ensuring the order remains active while you complete =
the fulfillment process.
How Do=
es It Work?

e Buyer 24 hours before the auto-cancellation SLA is due.

uyer will be asked if they agree to provide you with more time by extending=
the Time to Ship (TTS) SLA by two (2) days.

ble for this feature.

ne-Time Option:=20
The SLA extension is a one-time option per order. For example, if t=
he auto-cancellation SLA extension is triggered, you will not be able to re=
quest another SLA extension via the seller SLA extension feature.
- Platform Fulfillment SLA Extension:=20
The Platform Fulfillment SLA Extension will only extend Auto-Cancel=
lation SLA. The Fast Fulfillment Rate (FFR) and FFR+ will remain the same.
