 selling of direct-selling products <strong style=3D"font-weight: 600;">(=
=E2=80=9CDirect-Selling Products=E2=80=9D)</strong> are governed under the =
Direct Selling and Anti Pyramid Scheme Act 1993 <strong style=3D"font-weigh=
t: 600;">(=E2=80=9CDSAPS=E2=80=9D)</strong>.</p>
<p style=3D"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 1rem;">Effective from <font color=
=3D"pink" style=3D"color: rgb(244, 114, 182); color: rgba(244, 114, 182, 1)=
;"><strong style=3D"font-weight: 600;">1 October 2024 </strong></font><stro=
ng style=3D"font-weight: 600;"> (=E2=80=9CEffective Date=E2=80=9D)</strong>=
, the following terms and regulations shall apply to the Platform:</p>
<p style=3D"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 1rem;">To be eligible to particip=
ate in this campaign, you will need to meet the following criteria:</p>
<ol style=3D"padding-left: 2em; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 1rem; list-st=
yle-type: decimal;">

<p style=3D"margin-bottom: 1rem; margin-top: 1rem;">If you are selling any =
Direct-Selling Products on the Platform, you are required to obtain a lette=
r of authorization <strong style=3D"font-weight: 600;">(=E2=80=9CLOA=E2=80=
=9D)</strong> from your respective registered Direct-Selling companies as l=
icensed by Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living <strong style=3D"f=
ont-weight: 600;">(=E2=80=9CKPDN=E2=80=9D)</strong> within Forty-Five (45) =
days from Effective Date above.</p>

<li style=3D"margin-top: 0.25em; width: fit-content;">
<p style=3D"margin-bottom: 1rem; margin-top: 1rem;">The LOA must be issued =
by the respective Direct-Selling Products companies, of which allows you to=
 display, promote and/or sell the respective company=E2=80=99s Direct-Selli=
ng Products on the Platform.</p>

<p style=3D"margin-bottom: 1rem; margin-top: 1rem;">Such format and approva=
l of LOA shall be determined by the Direct Selling Association of Malaysia =

o delist or remove any listing of Direct-Selling Products or store from the=
 Platform should the above terms are not adhered to.</p>
