ovider stated on your AWB (Not the Delivery provide=
r) to avoid delay in your order fulfillment.</li>

sp;shipping provider for bulky parcels.</li>

What happen=
s if your orders are split by the system into multiple packages?</=

=09<li>If you have many items in one order and th=
e combined weight exceeds 20kg</stron=
g>, the system will automatica=
lly split these parcels for you.</li>

OT attempt to combine the order into a single package with =
one tracking number, as this will result in inaccurate order status updates=
 and typically leads to cancellation. Please pack your orders according to =
the multiple separate packages shown. </li>

OT place multiple shipping labels on a single package, as t=
his package will be rejected by our Shipping Providers.</li>
=09<li>You will no longer be required to claim fo=
r the differences in shipping fee as these orders will now be split on =
;both the Product Page and Seller Center.</li>
