Regarding with your issue, as per checked your parcel are under investigation at drop point J&T Shah Alam. You may contact J&T for further information because that issue beyond our knowledge.
However, after 26-03-2021 if your buyer still not received that parcel. You can tell the buyer for request return and refund for further investigation from our side.
