We are aware that you are within the impacted areas of the reported Flood & Heavy Rains. For this reason we have changed our Seller policy and Cancellation SLA to support on the impact of your operations. The changes below will be effective for all orders from 15 December onwards until further notice:
(1) Seller SOT score will not be affected
(2) Cancellation SLA will be extended by 3 workings days:
• (a) SLA to RTS orders – 6 working days
•
(b) SLA to ship out orders (handover your parcel to courier) – 8 working days
We would also highly recommend that you turn on Holiday Mode, to avoid any uncertainties in the current situation.
