
Seeing A Different Courier Provider In Your Seller Center? Don't Panic!
Dear bf1shop,
Due to a system glitch, you may see a different Pick-up/Drop-off courier provider on your Seller Center and Shipping Label, from the one you usually see (LEX). Note that there has been no change to your courier provider. Please follow all the steps below to ensure your parcels are collected and delivered on-time.


What do I do?
• If you are a Drop-off seller, continue dropping off your parcels at any of LEX drop-off stations.
• If you are a Pick-up seller, continue handing it over to our LEX drivers.
• Do not handover your parcels to other courier providers, other than LEX.
What if LEX refuses to accept my parcels?
• We have informed our drop-off point agents and LEX drivers to collect your parcels if they are able to scan them. Therefore, please make sure your parcels are scanned.
• In the event they refuse to scan your parcels, please contact Partner Support Center and share the details of the drop-off station/driver.
