The Help Center!
In line with the PSAT survey that we have conducted, we hear you and we have added a new feature! This
new Case Management feature
in the Help Center will be featured on your end
tomorrow, 8 October 2019
and it will allow you to monitor the
latest update and greater insights to your PSC case
on our platform.
The objectives of this are as per below:
For Sellers to see the info and status of a PSC case/ticket
Enabling the tracking of case/ticket in overview for the sellers and filter/search according to what they need to find
Check out the steps as below!
STEP 1:
Upon entering the Help Center, you will notice the '
My Cases
'
option at the 'Who Can Help' section at the bottom.
STEP 2:
Once you click on the '
My Cases
' button, you will enter its page, where the update of your PSC cases are recorded for your reference! You may view all of the cases whether active or close, all by just searching either the Case No or Order #ID!
