2. If your orders are split using the Automated Package Split Feature, please observe the following to minimize the risk of parcel loss:
- ENSURE you pack your orders according to the multiple separated packages shown.
- DO NOT attempt to combine the order into a single package with one tracking number, as this will result in inaccurate order status updates and typically leads to cancellation.
- DO NOT place multiple shipping labels on a single package, as this package will be rejected by our Logistic Providers.
