Upon receiving your order, you have 24 hours to do the following:
- Perform product packaging according to the packaging instructions.
- Log in to your Seller Center Account.
- Print invoice and include it with your product before packing according to the shipping instructions.
- Print the consignment notes/shipping labels from seller center.
- Under "Actions", change your order status by clicking on "Ready to Ship".

Once you are done, drop your package(s) at your nearest assigned courier outlet within 48 hours from order receive date. |

Note:
- Do not forget to replenish your stock quantity, if the order volume is high.
- Always ensure the correct order for the correct customer, package content is complete and a functioning product with instruction manual to avoid Customer Returns.
